Where size charts are provided, measurements are intended as a guide only. Minor variations may occur during production.

Shipping Costs
Shipping charges are calculated during checkout based on the delivery destination, parcel size, and weight.

Shipping & Delivery
604 Gift Shop ships both within Malaysia and internationally.
Estimated processing time is 3–5 business days. Delivery times vary depending on the destination and selected shipping service.
Estimated delivery times are:
- Malaysia: 5-10 business days
- International: 7-30 business days
Delivery estimates are provided as guidelines only and are not guaranteed.
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees imposed by the destination country. 604 Gift Shop is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, courier services, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the parcel has been handed over to the shipping carrier.
Returns & Exchanges
All sales are final.
Returns or exchanges are only accepted for products that arrive damaged or defective.
Customers must notify us within 5 days of receiving their order by emailing 604giftshop@gmail.com together with:
- Order number or proof of purchase
- Clear photographs showing the damage or defect
- A brief description of the issue
Returned items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
Once your request has been reviewed and approved, we will provide further instructions for the return process. Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will, at our discretion:
- Replace the item with the same product (subject to availability); or
- Provide an alternative resolution where a replacement is unavailable.
Returns or exchanges requested for reasons other than damaged or defective products will not be accepted.
604 GIFT SHOP reserves the right to reject any return or exchange request that does not meet the conditions stated above.

All content on this Site, including logos, graphics, product images, photographs, designs, text, and other materials, is the property of 604 Gift Shop or its respective content owners and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
